Enjoyed my stay at the Randolph hotel for 2 nights. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food was good. Great location for Southwold. Only suggestion is to request room cleaning explicitly.

A bit remote location, but no pretense of 'fine dining'. Just good, wholesome food and fantastic beer. Enjoyable experience without being pretentious.

We unexpectedly visited the Randolph with two vegan guests during a challenging time between Christmas and New Year. Despite the kitchen supplies running low, the staff managed to offer creative vegan options. The food was fantastic and inventive, and the staff went above and beyond for us.

The staff, particularly manager Jenny, displayed rude and inconsiderate behavior. Poor customer service and overpriced. Not recommended, avoid at all costs.

Visited for a light lunch in the new outdoor area. Beer is well-maintained, and the food is tasty. Dinner service in the evening was efficient and friendly. Good menu choices with a variety of drinks. Reasonably priced and worth the short walk from Southwold. Christmas menu displayed on table looks enticing.

We visited for breakfast and had a great experience. The meal included fruit juice, cereals, pastries, hot breakfast options, and tea/coffee. The food was well-cooked and nicely presented, offering good value for money. The restaurant was clean and spacious with friendly and polite staff. Highly recommended.

Recently had a short weekend stay at a reasonable rate with dinner, bed, and breakfast included. Comfortable accommodation with new en-suite facilities. Excellent food, particularly breakfast. 15-minute walk to Southwold town. Recommended.
